By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants agree to the following terms and conditions: - Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older to purchase raffle tickets. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Drawing: The raffle drawing will take place during the Tour de Scottsdale Kick-off Party. Winners will be selected at random. You do not need to be present to win; however, winners must claim their prize within 30 days of the event by contacting ACBVI at info@acbvi.org. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
- Prize Details: Prizes may vary in value and availability. ACBVI reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Ticket Purchases: Each raffle ticket purchase is eligible for one entry into the drawing. Multiple tickets can be purchased, and each ticket will increase your chances of winning.
- Use of Proceeds: All proceeds from the raffle benefit ACBVI (Arizona Council of the Blind and Visually Impaired) and will go towards supporting our programs and services.
